The clients approached us to design four contemporary townhouses for themselves and their
family. The townhouses will be home for three generations, with the parents in one townhouse, and their three adult children and their families in the other three homes.From the outside, the houses are a unique blend of modern sophistication and classic
elegance, ensuring that the homes will stand the test of time. From the bold vertical lines between each home and horizontal pergola and balcony deck structures cantilevered over the garage and entrance doors to the subtle exterior aluminium cladding and the large windows punched into its exterior.Spread over three levels, each of the four townhouses boasts a distinct personality inside.From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a sense of warmth and comfort as the stairs lead up to the light filled living space which flows from the sleek and modern kitchen through to the livings rooms which are perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day, overlooking Rangitoto and the Hauraki Gulf. Upstairs, the bedrooms are a haven of peace and tranquility, with soft lighting and luxurious bedding. The bathrooms are designed with relaxation in mind, with spa-like features that invite you to unwind and indulge.
