Meet DSA Director, Daniel Sullivan
Introducing our Director and Lead Architect, Daniel Sullivan. Daniel has over 9 years of experience, working on various typologies from new builds in both the residential and commercial developments, through to reclads and remediation in residential and commercial settings. Along with taking clients from the initial consultation through to achieving building and resource consent approvals.
Being a project lead and growing the architectural team, Dan brings a considered and holistic approach to design and documentation, balancing the practicality, with the buildability and aesthetic aspects.

Dan’s approach is to work with our clients to achieve the goals of the project on time and within the scope of the client’s budget. He believes every project is unique and enjoys collaborating with our extended team of building surveyors and external consultants to provide tailored solutions and ensure the best and most cost-effective outcome for our clients.
